Every plan includes the full T2D3 method, the AI engine with a monthly credit allowance, and access to the expert marketplace. T2D3 OS is in Early Access — live, supported, and billed, and still being hardened with the people using it — so the prices below are the Early Access rate, and you keep yours for as long as you stay subscribed. Yearly plans cost 10× monthly: 12 months for the price of 10.

Open beta — free until November 1

Sign up during the beta and pay no base fee until November 1. Your card is required at signup, but the only thing you can pay for during beta is extra AI credits beyond what your plan includes. Whatever you pay when billing starts is then locked for as long as you stay subscribed.

Start with Agency

Yearly plans cost 10× the monthly price — 12 months for the price of 10. Every plan includes unlimited users per workspace and the same frontier AI models: you pay for capacity, never intelligence. Add-on client orgs are $149/month during Early Access and $179 at general availability — the same lock applies. Prices in USD per month. The ladder maps to how a practice grows — one company, then a book of clients, then a portfolio. Subscribe during Early Access and your rate is locked for as long as you stay on the plan, including after general availability.

The per-client math

Priced per workspace, not per person.

An additional editable client org is $149/month on any paid plan — and read-only orgs are free and unlimited: park an ended engagement, keep every deliverable visible, pay nothing.

What each plan includes

Same intelligence on every tier. Capacity is what changes.

Read-only = visible, not editable. Preview = a locked teaser with an upgrade path. Signal uploads, lock gates, quality scores, and feedback loops are never gated on any plan.

The Early Access Guarantee

We charge for it. We also stand behind it.

Calling software “Early Access” is easy; carrying the risk of it is the part that counts. Five promises, in force from your first invoice:

Broken workflow, month on us

If something you pay for breaks and we haven't fixed it within 5 business days, that month's base fee comes back to you as credit. You tell us it's broken; we don't argue about severity.

Bugs are worth credits

Every confirmed bug you report earns 250 AI credits. You are doing hardening work that we would otherwise pay for, and it should show up on your account, not just in our changelog.

Your rate, locked

Subscribe during Early Access and you keep that price for as long as you stay subscribed — including through general availability, when list prices go up. Being early is supposed to pay.

Leave whenever, keep everything

Cancel in one click. Your workspace goes read-only and stays that way forever: every plan, deliverable, and published link keeps working. Nothing is deleted, nothing is held hostage.

We show you what we fixed

Every paying workspace gets the weekly note of what shipped and what broke. An unfinished product you can see us working on is a different proposition from one you have to trust blindly.

Your work never expires

Any workspace can go read-only — free, unlimited, on every plan. Everything stays visible: the playbook, the foundation, the content, the dashboards, and every published link keeps working. Nothing is ever deleted and nothing is held hostage; your marketing OS doesn’t expire — your edit rights do.

How AI credits work

Every AI action — a drafted GTM plan, a persona, a brand scene, a transcription — spends credits from your plan's monthly allowance. No API keys, no per-seat AI add-ons, no separate model subscriptions to manage. Heavy month? Upgrade the tier instead of buying another tool.

Expert marketplace packs and bookings are one-off purchases on top of any plan — scoped and priced up front, protected by a cooling-off refund policy.

A fractional CMO’s math

The Fractional CMO plan is $999/month for your practice — your own org plus 5 client workspaces, about $167/month per company and less than one retainer hour spread across the book. It replaces the ~$340/month of AI, project, and reporting subscriptions a solo stack typically runs, none of which share your client context.

Earn your plan

Help other CMOs thrive, and the full product is free.

Our goal is for every fractional CMO, everywhere, to reach their potential with T2D3 OS and AI together — and we plan to reward anyone who puts their shoulder under that effort. During the beta we’re designing the program: power users who help their peers succeed on T2D3 OS — coaching them, supporting them, helping the fractional CMO community thrive — earn free access to the full paid product for as long as they keep doing it, while the people who benefit from that coaching and support help carry the cost of running T2D3 OS.

Pricing questions, straight answers

What does Early Access actually mean?

It means the product is live, supported, and billed — and that we are still hardening it with the people using it. Every workflow on this page works today; some of them will still surprise you, and we would rather say so than let you find out on a client call. General availability is targeted for January 2027, and it is a quality gate rather than a date: bug inflow down, new customers completing the loop unaided, error budget green and staying green.

Why should I pay for software you call unfinished?

Because it does the work now, and because being early is priced accordingly. You lock today's rate for as long as you stay subscribed, every confirmed bug you report earns 250 AI credits, and if something you pay for breaks and we have not fixed it within 5 business days, that month is on us. We would rather compensate you properly than discount the product — a discount would just tell you we think it is worth less.

What happens to my price at general availability?

Nothing, if you are already subscribed. Early Access rates are locked for as long as you stay on the plan, add-on client orgs included ($149/month locked against the $179 list price). New customers at GA pay the published list price. Cancel and come back later and you rejoin at whatever the price is then, which is the honest version of a lock.

What happens when my trial ends?

Your workspace goes read-only — everything you built stays visible, published links keep working, and nothing is ever deleted. Your marketing OS doesn't expire; your edit rights do. Subscribe any time and everything unlocks instantly.

What's an add-on client org?

Every paid tier can hold extra editable client workspaces at $149/month each (yearly: 12 months for the price of 10). They're full workspaces — plan, foundation, content, reporting — under your operating console.

What happens when a client engagement ends?

Park the client org: it goes read-only, free, and stops counting against your capacity — the work stays intact for when they come back. Making a parked org editable again uses an add-on org slot, so capacity is always honest.

Why is Team & Talent only in Agency & Portfolio?

Because that's whose team it develops: agencies grow their own bench, and portfolios develop talent across companies. A solo fractional CMO's team is the client's team — the client workspaces already cover it.

Do you charge per seat?

No. Every paid tier includes unlimited users per workspace — pricing is per workspace capacity, not per person, so you never think twice about inviting a client or a collaborator.

Your first hour

What happens after you sign up — before you see a single screen.

  1. 01

Six questions, then a plan — not a dashboard

Who you are, your website, where revenue is, how big the GTM team is, what you came for, and how to reach you. Every answer changes what you see next; every one is skippable.

  2. 02

    Operators name their first client

Run marketing for client companies? You tell us who you're starting with and we set up that client's workspace on the spot — you never land on an empty portfolio.

  3. 03

We read your site while you finish

The GTM Diagnostic is grounded in your own copy before you open it. The first report scores what you actually say, not a blank template.

  4. 04

    The AI recommends. You decide.

Every recommendation shows its evidence. You accept or dismiss; only accepted ones become your plan. Nothing runs without you.
