Built for your agents

The harness your agents run on.

Your Claude, your GPTs, and the answer engines your buyers ask all start from zero context. T2D3 OS hands them the Lode: each client's assayed signal, the foundation you locked, and the rules your votes taught. They do the gathering and the first draft against it. You keep the decisions.

Four ways in, one source of truth

Every surface below reads the same locked foundation, so an agent working through any of them grounds on what you decided, not on a guess.

01

The Claude connector

An MCP server with OAuth sign-in. Your own Claude feeds signal, runs the diagnostic, drafts the foundation, and works your projects and OKRs, as you, under your permissions, in the same activity trail as work done by hand.

02

llms.txt and the full site text

This site publishes an llms.txt index and an llms-full.txt of every page, so an answer engine can cite what T2D3 OS is without scraping a guess.

03

Machine-legible client output

What the OS publishes for a client ships with schema.org JSON-LD, semantic structure, and its own llms.txt, because buyers increasingly meet a vendor through an LLM's answer before they meet the website.

04

The locked Lode as context

ICP, personas, value propositions, messaging, and brand voice are structured records, not a slide deck. An agent reads them as data, along with the sources each one is grounded in.

How the foundation works →

Agents gather and draft. People decide.

The connector is deliberately one-sided. An agent can add signal, write and refine drafts, run a module's own generate and review steps, and record a verdict you asked for. Locking a module, casting a vote, sending anything outside the organization, and spending on data or media stay in the app, with a person. Locked work is read-only from outside. A tool that needs approval returns a proposal for someone to confirm instead of acting.

That line is what keeps the Lode worth owning. If an agent could lock its own draft, the foundation would fill with confident guesses, and every future draft would ground in them.

Give your agents something worth knowing.
