Delete your account
Last updated: April 26, 2026
You can request deletion of your T2D3 Operating System account at any time. We will permanently delete your account and associated data within 30 days, subject to limited legal retention requirements (e.g. tax records, fraud prevention) described in our Privacy Policy.
How to request deletion
Send an email to privacy@t2d3.club from the email address associated with your account, with the subject "Delete my account". Please include the email address you use to sign in so we can verify your request.
If you cannot send from the account email (e.g. you've lost access to it), email us anyway and include any other identifying information so we can locate your account: full name, organization name, the approximate date you signed up, or your billing details if you had a paid subscription.
We will confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile (name, email, avatar, role, preferences)
- Your authentication credentials (Google OAuth link, sign-in history)
- Content you created: tasks, action items, comments, links, file uploads, OKRs, survey responses, customer interview transcripts, ICP/persona/value-prop entries, AI chat history
- Subscription & billing records (after the legally required retention period — typically 7 years for tax/accounting)
- Email subscriptions and notification preferences
What may remain
- Content shared with your team. If you contributed to projects shared with other organization members, the content stays in those shared projects after your name is removed. Other team members retain ownership of their own contributions.
- Encrypted backups. Deleted data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 90 days before normal backup rotation purges it.
- Aggregated, de-identified analytics. Usage statistics that cannot be linked back to you may be retained.
- Legal & financial records. Billing and tax records (last 4 digits of card, invoice IDs, subscription history) are retained for at least 7 years to comply with U.S. tax and accounting requirements.
If you're an organization owner
If you are the sole owner of an organization, deleting your account also soft-deletes that organization (and its projects, content, and team members lose access). You can transfer ownership to another team member first if you want the organization to continue. To transfer ownership, sign in and go to Org Settings > Members and use the "Transfer ownership" option.
Cancel your subscription first
Account deletion does not automatically cancel an active paid subscription. If you are on a paid plan, cancel your subscription before requesting deletion to avoid being billed for the next cycle. To cancel, sign in and go to Org Settings > Billing.
