Your raw GTM material — call transcripts, decks, strategy docs, notes — lives in your own environment, which is exactly where your Claude runs. The T2D3 OS connector (an MCP server with OAuth sign-in) gives that Claude real hands inside your workspace: it can sweep your documents into the Signal library, queue your GTM Diagnostic, record your growth stage and calculator numbers, draft OKRs, and read or refine the drafts of your ICP, personas, value props, and brand voice.
The division of labor is deliberate: Claude gathers and drafts; you decide. Everything it writes lands as a draft or staged input for you to review in the app — locking, votes, and final judgment have no connector access at all, and content your team has locked can't be edited from outside. Every action runs as you, under your permissions, and shows up in the same activity trail as work done by hand.
