Customer testimonials database template - outline

This template will help you organize and manage your customer testimonials in one place. A well-maintained testimonial database ensures that your best customer quotes are always accessible, categorized, and ready to use across marketing, sales, product, and investor materials.


In fast-moving startup environments, it’s easy to lose track of powerful customer praise scattered across interviews, emails, and meetings. This template helps you centralize testimonial content so you can filter by industry, persona, value prop pillar, sentiment, or whatever you decide. Once populated, it becomes a strategic asset that scales with your go-to-market efforts and helps with distribution of testimonials across channels.

When to use this template

Use this template after conducting testimonial interviews, or when you've received positive feedback through other channels (e.g., NPS surveys, support tickets, sales calls).
